Welcome to the Welcome Centre of the City of Chemnitz!
The Welcome Centre is a central point of contact for skilled workers from Germany and abroad who want to live and work in Chemnitz.
We want to make your arrival and settling down in Chemnitz as easy and pleasant as possible. To this end, we will help you in many matters, such as finding accommodation and a job, dealing with the authorities, looking for language courses and providing information on local childcare and leisure activities.
We also support regional employers with questions regarding the integration of international skilled workers.

We can advise you via telephone, e-mail or in person. For brief enquiries, you can visit us during our opening hours without making an appointment. Alternatively, you can make an individual appointment outside our opening hours so that we have time to give you detailed advice.
